VeespCloud employs military-grade AES-256-XTS encryption for all data resting across our physical NVMe storage clusters. Every storage chunk is encrypted with an isolated cryptographic key that rotates automatically.
During upload and download, data travels across TLS 1.3 tunnels enforced with Perfect Forward Secrecy (PFS), utilizing modern elliptic curve cryptography (ECDHE) and HSTS. This ensures that even if a future communication key were ever compromised, past sessions remain mathematically impossible to decrypt.
With our zero-knowledge encryption feature, your encryption keys are derived locally on your device using Argon2id before any file packet leaves your workstation or smartphone.
Your master password and private decryption keys are never transmitted to, stored on, or visible to VeespCloud servers. Consequently, neither VeespCloud engineers, nor ISPs, nor any third-party entity can view the plaintext contents of your encrypted vaults.

You can cancel your subscription at any time with a single click inside the Client Portal under "Services → Cancel Subscription". There are no cancellation fees or lock-in penalties whatsoever.
Your account remains fully active until the end of your prepaid billing period, after which it automatically reverts to the Free 15 GB tier.
We understand that corporate credit cards expire and accounting transitions happen. If your billing renewal fails or an invoice lapses, VeespCloud provides an unconditional 30-day grace period.
During this 30-day window, your files are completely safe, intact, and available for download. We never delete files without multiple advance email notifications and ample opportunity to update your payment method.

When a file is deleted, it is safely moved to your encrypted Recycle Bin rather than being immediately erased.
Files remain completely restorable for 30 days on Free and Basic plans, and 90 days on Pro and Business plans. You can restore single items or entire directory trees back to their original folder hierarchy with a single click.
Every time you or an application saves changes to an existing document, VeespCloud retains the previous iteration as an immutable snapshot.
Depending on your plan, you can roll back document edits across 180 days (Pro) or 365 days (Business). Reverting to an earlier version preserves all newer versions in the timeline as well, preventing accidental overwrites.
